The terms Z12 Dirty Dozen Challenge or ‘US’ or ‘WE’ refers to the owners of the website, the term ‘YOU’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

By registering to set up a Z12 Dirty Dozen Challenge event you are required to pay a registration fee to register it on the site.

Once you register to host an event you the host organisation become the sole owner of the event and as such are responsible:

• To have in place either a club insurance policy to cover running event.
• To put in place sufficient safety procedures such as safety launches umpires to run the event in a safe manner and to ensure that all those competing are not at risk of injury or loss of life.
• To ensure that all those competing are a member of your national organization and to have insurance in place to cover you in order to compete in this event.
